This notice explains how Kairo Assurance Studio (“we”) handles personal data collected through algosysai.digital and related engagement inquiries.

Data we collect
- Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
- Inquiry content such as year-end dates, engagement interest, and message text
- Technical data such as browser type and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
- Cookie preference stored in your browser under a brand-prefixed localStorage key
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to engagement inquiries, prepare fee estimates, manage scheduled fieldwork communications, improve site usability when analytics are allowed, and meet legal record-keeping duties related to professional services.
Legal bases
Where Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and, if applicable, other regimes apply, we process data based on your request to take steps toward a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, consent for optional analytics cookies, and legal obligations.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months if no engagement follows, or for the longer period required by professional standards and tax law when an engagement letter is signed (often seven years for audit working-paper related correspondence). Analytics data, when collected, is retained according to the analytics provider’s settings, typically 14 months or less.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with email hosting providers, secure file-transfer tools used during engagements, and professional advisers under confidentiality. Engagement working papers are handled under separate engagement terms.
International transfers
If tools or parent-company contacts outside Japan receive inquiry data, we take appropriate contractual and organisational measures consistent with APPI requirements for cross-border provision of personal data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing site storage and revisiting the cookies page. Children
This site is directed at business contacts and is not intended for children under 16.
